George and Roseann
Saridakis
work together in their business Decoratively Sculpted Wood which offers
fine handcrafted wood art.
Each partner has a specialty. George is a wood
sculptor and Roseann is a basket maker. Each contributes technical and
artistic expertise to aspects of the other’s work. The results of their
collaborations are designs in wood which are sculpted and finished to
let the beauty, figure and grain of the wood speak for itself.
Their work includes intricately sculpted designs
for turned boxes, Ikebana inspired vases, ornaments, sculpture, and
Shaker inspired and Nantucket style baskets
They are juried members of the League of New
Hampshire Craftsmen and the Dunstable (MA) Artisans. |
