Weaving textiles has been my passion since the early 70’s. My work has evolved over the years, and the exotic sensuality of fiber and color continue to inspire me to create and weave my own designs for rugs, tapestries afghans, and other items. I find excitement in the melding of process, design and fiber, and draw much of my inspiration from nature and my travels.

From my home studio, I am currently weaving Tapestry, a powerful art form and an eloquent means of expression dating back many centuries. Through the materials used, the weaving process and interpretation, give the tapestry life.

Weaving is very labor intensive and offers me the opportunity to slow down and be deliberate in this accelerated paced world.
